Though US President Barrack Obama has won the highest nobel peace prize but it seems that this award to him was a serious mistake as Obama policies on Pakistan truly shows the ruthlessness and that Obama has no concern for human life.
The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Navi Pillay on a 4 day tour to Pakistan while witnessing the civilian deaths said that US Drone attacks raise serious questions about compliance with International Law and stressed on importance for investigating cases and ensuring compensation to people who lost their families and body parts in hostile US drone attacks.
She added that these indiscriminate killings and injuries of civilians is a very seious human rights violation committed by America and urged Pakistani government to call on United Nations Special Rapporteur on Summary or Arbitrary Executions for more investigations. She also called on Ban Ki Moon to urge United States to be “more transparent”.
But US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton implicitly defended United States use of Drone attacks for killing suspected militants and US President Barrack Obama remained quite on the issue before Elections. For decades America has been waving "national defense" flag, to force the public into supporting "America's Outrageous War Economy” but its clear now that this US Economic cum Political Policy is no more working and will not work.
