Port Grand to promote Dinner Cruise Culture

It was in 60s when sailing, yachting, dinner cruise culture was on the rise in Karachi with new boating, yachting clubs springing up across the city. Traveling from Keamari to Minora island via boat was one of the greatest tourist attractions - not anymore.

But the authorities behind Port Grand, Karachi's upcoming food and entertainment district believe that they can revive the dinner cruise culture by bringing a host of attractions on their strip. Food on the rotary park, on 1km pedestrian friendly strip overlooking the creek and on the cruise. They believe that very soon people will prefer eating food on the cruise rather in restaurants.

With spectacular views, live entertainment, DJ music for dancing and plentiful buffets, Dinner cruise is a different entertainment experience. In Russia, cruise ships houses the popular night clubs as well.

Currently only the Cartlon Hotel in Karachi offers dinner cruise in the sea but the opening of Port Grand will change that with more and more people will prefer eating on the sea cruise.
